  I have to say that the only person helpful, knowledgeable and with a good attitude in this branch is Mr Kenneth. He takes his time to help customers and he is very patient and efficient. The other lady Angela and the tellers know absolutely nothing. I would give stars but because of Mr Kenneth, I am giving 4 stars. I hope this review helps someone.

  Stay away.! The only person at the branch that can do anything is the manager. The staff do not know what they are doing- and they don't even realize they are clueless. I opened a business account two weeks ago and I am going to close it. The bank customer service is no better.

  This is the worst branch ever. Even though this location has a large space for tellers there is usually one or two tellers who are always attending a customer who requires a Manager. The Manager is aware that there is a long line waiting to be attended but she doesn't call the other staff at the customer center who do not have clients, to step in and help the customers who are in waiting in line. This branch needs desperately a Manager who is polite, efficient and proactive. It's a shame because this branch has a big parking space and it's conveniently located at Union Tpke.

  Although the tellers are friendly the customer service experience is not I tried calling customer service with a call back it I was ready and it hung up
