After having been a customer for over 30 year, they up and cancelled my account due to someone else making an error and depositing their income tax return into my account and me being honest and reporting it. No warning nothing, just bye to both of my accounts instantly.

Lenora the mortgage officer goes above and beyond to make the home buying process as easy, and stress free as possible! I couldn’t recommend her more. She is friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable! All staff has been great throughout this process with Lenora and Anne standing out! Couldn’t thank them enough for all they have done for my husband and I.

Why on earth do all the chemung canals close at 4 is beyond me! Very inconvenient. Especially for people who work 8-4 or 9-5. Bad business!

CCTC has been my bank since 1985, I've always been greeted warmly by the staff. I have only had one issue in that entire time. I finance my cars though this bank and have great rates. Getting a personal loan with a low rate was very easy and very little time.( I think I was there for about an hour.) Left with the money in my account. For as long as I can remember the staff at CCTC has always been friendly and helpful. At this point I don't think I would go anywhere else.
