- HCHilda V Cortes6 days ago1.0Everytime it's some new level of incompetence. First account not linked properly and my payroll affected leading to litigation with my employer. Second, you can withdrawal X amount we don't have it available. Now are you sure you have an account I can't find you. May something and the first thibg out of Emilia Rodriguez mouth was "do you want to go somewhere else" great customer service. If it wasn't because they are close and used to use them for savings, now only use them for notary and to keep change is the accounts. I do not recommend this bank at all.

- CNClaude NoriegaNov 22, 20251.0Garbage bank, locked me out of my account when I needed to access it because of its own error and then it couldn’t even proccess its own new password it sent me and locked me out again. No call center to get through, no resources available. This bank likes to take your money and control it. I had no access to my funds multiple times in the last few months. And one of its managers managed to lose me $150 I was owed. Awful, they take no responsibilities and offer nothing to compensate for locking people unjustly out of their account for multiple days. App outages all the time. One call center employee mocked me and another yelled at me. Rude and will never make up for their mistakes. Not this branch. THIS entire bank. Avoid
