    This branch of Flagstar is exceptional in regards to customer service and problem solving. My mother has a couple of accounts here and recently had an issue with one of her checking accounts which was solved very quickly and efficiently by Angel the manager along with help from other staff members De and Mercedes. I won't get into specifics of what happened with the checking account buy initially my mom was extremely worried about it and was calmed down and helped out by the staff at Flagstar in Commack with a full resolution of the issue. Great staff at this branch, very helpful, friendly and would highly recommend them.

    They are one of the friendliest banks I ever been too. They take the time to remember who you are and their rates are usually better than some of the other banks around here.
