  I am so DISGUSTED with this bank! I came to assist my elderly grandma close/ transfer and alter her trust and bank accounts. We were the first people in the trust area but as soon as I sat down- you can see the attitude. There was no hello, how are, how can I help you. I told her what I was there to assist my - grandmother. Your agent- “where is she” mind you she’s 84 years old and being assisted by YOUR front door reps. I begin to move the chair to adjust so my grandmother can sit without falling- her response “you can’t move that chair”! What did she want my grandmother to fall on the floor in the floor. I explained she has no balance and would not be able to hear you! She told her to sit on her walker which I refused- she deserves the same respect as anyone else! It happened again when my grandma had to have a seat as she was exhausted- so I let her take my seat so she won’t have to go around etc. Her response- “did I tell you to sit!” Are you kidding me- who is she to talk to an elderly women let alone a customer like this! Where did she learn and when did you require your employees to give respect! More especially to the old and disabled! She argues about the notary and even suggested my grandma get up from the trust area and stand online to cash her check!! Are you crazy! Once I told her about her disrespect instantly she can alter the account (an argument she claimed earlier that she couldn’t do)! I told her about how she treated my grandmother. If you customer service rep wasn’t on her phone it may have helped with timing! I run out to tell the acess a ride to wait and as I’m going back to assist my grandmother leave I can see her trying to push the door! THE TRUST AGENT AND DOOR REP WERE RIGHT THERE! Not one person assisted her or even held the door so she could walk through without hurting herself! Disgusting! My grandmother had invested her money in this bank for over 20 years and she should withdraw and find a bank that actually shows their customer respect! I doubt I will hear any apology or acknowledge of this review! If you didn’t show respect face to face a why would you write it on paper! But at the end of the day you will have to go to sleep knowing you disregarded and directed an elderly lady! This is exactly why elderly people are scared to come out. They don’t know how to use the internet and are weak! What a bank! I will continue to contact this bank until my grandmother receives the acknowledgement she deserves!

  If I could give it zero stars, I would. Apparently you can only change large bills at this “Bank” if you have an account there.
