My neighborhood is extremely Latino so most of the people that work at this bank are also Latino, which is understandable because they speak Spanish fluently and have a lot of customers that only speak Spanish! When I first open my account, I occasionally would have a hard time being patient with the customer ahead of me! A lot of of these people are new to the whole banking experience! Anyway, Carmen, the bank manager has done many good things for me with the inclusion of suggesting I see the banks financial planner Joseph Sitaras… and he helped me make some financial decisions that I would not have been prepared to make myself! All in all I have grown fond of these people they seem to care😀… oh and I forgot when my cat went missing, they put my missing posters up for me🐈⬛❤️
