- FCFrank C.Jul 14, 20251.0I had a really disappointing experience with the branch manager here. His name was Guea, Geua? When I asked some simple questions about my accounts, he came across as very passive-aggressive, like I was bothering him. His tone and body language made me feel like my concerns weren’t important and that he didn’t have time for me. Honestly, I’m surprised someone with that kind of “I don’t have time for you” attitude is in a leadership position. A manager should make customers feel valued, not dismissed. I won’t recommend him or this branch to anyone because of him.
