- PWPaige Williams-SodomaJun 30, 20261.0I am an Ally Financial customer and I am able to use Jovia’s ATMs to access that account. I was withdrawing money at an ATM at this location when suddenly the machine froze and went into a restart cycle. This just so happened to occur right before my cash was dispensed. I immediately alerted the assistant manager who was in the branch and she essentially told me that nothing could be done, and that I needed to file a report with Ally in order to resolve the issue. I have completed that report with Ally, but lo and behold Ally is telling me that no one from this Jovia branch is answering their calls or communications in order to resolve this issue. I would not advise anyone to use the ATM machines at this branch or rely on the employees for assistance.
