- JGJesse Gularte-BairdNov 27, 20251.0After my last account with NSB was locked due to their so-called “help line” being as helpful and pleasant as fiberglass underwear, I decided to try again. Had an overdraft of $40.00 that I immediately transferred money over to cover. The overdraft fee? OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS! I was not warned of these sort of exorbitant fees at any point when creating my account. I am never using this bank again and will make sure to warn everyone I know about them. Capital One has better service, no overdraft fees, and their customer service isn’t a joke.
