  Since joining NSB we've stopped having our account hacked into. The bank is so much more secure than our last bank...where our account was hacked into over 6 times in a year, the last time being so fast to hack into our account that it was hacked into before we closed the account and opened all new ones. Seriously, by the time we drove 5 minutes home I was alerted that there was activity on our account..and not by bank personal or either of the account holders. NSB seems very well run with very little waiting for a teller. Recommend to all.

  Nevada State Bank is the best. Elizabeth was outstanding in helping me with a wire transfer. She deserves all the customer service accolades, no wonder she was rewarded as Employee of the Month! Thanks again for your help NSB and Elizabeth, much appreciated!

  Worst branch of NSB in Nevada if you want to be ignored and have the teller walk away mid transaction go with NSB on prater way in sparks. Completely unprofessional incompetent individuals who know nothing about banking. Stay far far away from this place! Clearly they aren’t trained in customer service

  I really love Nevada State Bank. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The only problem I have is that at least half of the times that I go to deposit cash at the 24 hour ATMs at this location, they are broken. That is very frustrating.
