It seems like every time I go to a Nevada State Bank branch that is not my home branch I get treated like a stranger and have issues every single time. This is one of the main reasons I closed down my business bank account and went to a credit union.

I was waiting on a check to fully deposit. wasn't clear on the terms. Zarrie who helped me on Friday made it a point to cut me off, yell at me and embarrass me making it out like I was lying on the information I was told Friday today is monday. she was extremely unprofessional.... I won't be going back to that location.. I wasn't talking to zarrie and lilly was capable of doing her job. she kept speaking over me and escalated the situation .Not a great look when it's a new customer. I'm allowed to ask questions over a deposit. she really made me feel bad about myself. I did contact customer support and will be going where I can just get common respect and communication.... again other employees there are great! Zarrie however made me feel worthless.
