  My daughter PrincessTasi posted the same review on her account because Ms. ARVANS was so AMAZING!! Their staff was amazing from the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. such a CLEAN Quiet Business atmosphere with a touch of warmth! The ladies whom greeted us from behind the glass was welcoming as well We were actually late for our appointment but Ms. Hailey Arvans came back from her lunch and fully served us opening up a minor comp account in under 45min! This lady was a NV STATE BANK SUPER HERO she helped ladies behind the glass, she greeted folks, she made time for her appointment, all while servicing us! On a Friday afternoon this lady was floating around that bank like she had skates on! Seriously, the bank would fall apart without her. customer service was 10000 The woman who helped us is MS. HAILEY ARVANS shes nothing short of AMAZING! very nice, clean sterile office with good Jolly ranchers! She keep a professional attitude did everything by the book and laughed with us! Kuddooossss to you Ms. ARVANS I will be in to open my own account very soon, all because of your outstanding customer service and your willingness and eagerness to help custome

  I would like to give a special thank you to Hailey Arvans, Branch Manager at NSB. She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me, even though I did not apply for my loan through her branch. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me with my questions. I really appreciate her time, effort, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
