  I had such a great experience at this bank, all thanks to Zue! She truly went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. Customer service like this is hard to find. I’m honestly considering switching my account over because of how well I was treated. Highly recommend asking for Zue!

  I been here for couple times, I met Ryan Pham that’s a Vietnamese I truly appreciate the effort he made to do his best for me; he has a wonderful heart and genuinely dedicated to his customers. I am not get done on that because I have other plan but I never forget everything he tried to help me. Thanks a lot 🥰🙏❤️

  Very disappointing experience with Nevada State Bank. I have been dealing with account issues for over a week, and the way my account was handled caused unnecessary problems with my ACH/card transactions and even delayed my merchant sales deposits, seriously affecting my business. I especially had a very poor experience dealing with Ryan. In my experience, his handling of the situation was unprofessional and ineffective, and instead of helping resolve the problems, his approach made the situation even more frustrating. I do want to thank Aurora, Kiki and a few other employees who actually listened, showed concern, and tried to help me. I truly appreciate them. Unfortunately, based on the overall experience and how poorly my account issues were handled, I am very disappointed with Nevada State Bank.

  NSB branches are usually clean except this one, trash all around the building when you drive to reach atm drive through. I don't think manager ever do a walk , may be itsa coincedent but it's few times same look.

  I Ellen Lee recommend everyone to come to NSB because I find them to be very , very helpful with everything or any problem that you may have a special thanks goes to Nadia,Daniela and Kiki. I am not 2 knowledgeable with the phone but they have been so helpful and took all the time they needed to get the job done.They did not quit until they have solved my problems. I have a NSB about three minutes from where I live , but I insist on traveling and coming to this particular n s b because of the help that they give and the patients and time that they take out for me. Thank you so much n s b I will recommend any and every one too come to this bank.
