  I Ellen Lee recommend everyone to come to NSB because I find them to be very , very helpful with everything or any problem that you may have a special thanks goes to Nadia,Daniela and Kiki. I am not 2 knowledgeable with the phone but they have been so helpful and took all the time they needed to get the job done.They did not quit until they have solved my problems. I have a NSB about three minutes from where I live , but I insist on traveling and coming to this particular n s b because of the help that they give and the patients and time that they take out for me. Thank you so much n s b I will recommend any and every one too come to this bank.

  Had the most horrific experience dealing with the branch manager, Kiki this is the absolute worst customer service that I ever had the unpleasant experience of having. I was ridiculed and humiliated, and I still didn’t have my issue solved, and when I went to another branch to take care of the issue to my dismay, I found out my account was now closed in collections
