  Nevada State Bank is a Total Joke! Do NOT I MEAN DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WIth a Bank that tells you that you CANNOT DISPUTE FRAUDULENT after 24 HOURS of it Happening. The clerk will “WARN” you then ask you to apply for a credit card. You will explain you are a start up so all numbers are estimated. The clerk does the application never submits the application, but red flags 🚩 your account to be shut down. Then Nancy will Lie to your face and say “I don’t know what’s going on it’s not on them. It’s on the Maryland Branch then I speak with Sam Swallowson and Desmond Smith who preceded to tell me that the close or esclation had nothing to do with them, but Nancy started the investigations from the figures I gave on a credit app Bam! Shut down my business and personal checking account no warning no reason. They Cite “Well we can end our relationship with you whenever for whatever reason.” Now I see all the Smart allic response from this company to Ex Customers shows their truth this is they way they do business. The have no respect for their customers, and their system is not connected from Branch to Branch. I think my whole situation with this Bank had a Very Racist Undertone. This location specifically. I would Not Trust to Every Bank with Nevada State Bank or the Zion Banks System.

  I had the pleasure of meeting the branch manager, Teresa, today. She went above and beyond to help me get a signature verification. I was impressed with her professionalism and her kind gesture. I’m looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

  Learn to check reviews on Yelp and Google, before doing business with anyone, like I wish I would've done. Other than the guy that signed me up, the place is way below standard. You like waiting in line when you're the only one there, and rude people? Then this is your place. Like your account frozen while your check is in the mail? Then don't waste time come on down. Wonder why it's like a ghost town?

  Wow!!! They really raised the bar on personal Banking at this location. A busy location but somehow still has that small bank feeling with one on one customer service. The staff is ALWAYS professional and polite no matter what!!! The other Main Street banks could learn a lesson or two from this branch. Sincerely a grateful customer...
