- SSStevenAug 18, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. My issue involved fraud, which should have been taken seriously, but it was handled very poorly and is still not fully resolved. When I visited the branch, I honestly felt like no one really cared about what I was going through or understood how seriously it was affecting me and my business. I expected much better support from Nevada State Bank, especially when dealing with fraud.

- MMMKJul 24, 20265.0NSB, Nevada State Bank on South Durango is not a miracle but a gift from heaven. I had a fraud suspect on account. Just one email to branch manager Got me a meeting. He personally handled the whole issue. It was not just the ultimate kindness but absolute professionalize of highest kind. The staff at the bank superb. We all need a bank and this the ultimate. God do create a life time experience and this is it, dignified, respectful and heart warming. Go see for yourselves.

They lied and were rude and hostile, a very bad way to treat a loyal customer who opened her account in 1991. I filed a formal complaint. Take your business to another branch.
