  I want to say this summerland branch was so kind and helpful, Ian was great took time with me and straightened out all my concerns and questions, he spent 1 hour with me explaining everything he was very patient!! Stay away from the Flamingo and ft Apache branch the employees and manager were very rude and did nothing but cause me problems, also lied to me. Summerland branch is on point Joey and Chris managers are very professional and treat you with total understanding. Ian was a blessing helped me in every possible way. Thank you all!!☮️😇C Cynthia F.

  Ok, this is the second time I deposited a and they just have no record?? Really if I didn't save my receipts...? This bank is ridiculous!

  High account fees and low interest rates offered on deposits. Avoid this bank, there are better options in the valley.
