The new manager Maria is a nightmare! She is rude, condescending, & actually talks fast & over you as you are speaking. She doesn't explain anything just snaps at you. She also has a new drive up teller who is nice but he admits he doesn't speak good English. He told me he could not understand what I was saying so why on earth would you put him on drive thru where he has to use those speakers? Maria has no clue what she is doing!!! I have to drive further away now to visit another branch where service is great like it use to be.
