  Worst experience ever. I came to this site to get my car but nobody’s there. I tried to call the number they left and the guy who answered the phone was super rude. He then come back and gave me the contract then ask me to wait to get the car. I actually waited for an hour there. I asked him about the unreasonable waiting, all I got was rude attitude and threatening not giving me my car. This is not how you should do business. Bro thinks he’s the customer there paying for the rental car. After all this waiting and rude attitude, I got a car empty of gas and full of scratches. Guess what, after I called their manager to complain and the manager called him, he literally told them that I cursed. Bro if you don’t like to work there nobody’s pushing you. If the customer ask how long do I need to wait, you shouldn’t put out an ugly face and say “don’t think your appointment is more important than others.” Actually you are the guy who’s late. At least show some professional attitude. If you think you are too busy to fulfill your responsibilities, at least complain to your manager to get more people to help. When the customer say “I appreciate your work but I am waiting too long”, don’t threaten them with not giving them their cars. I am not your enemy, I just want to get my car.

  Great experience at the Main Street Station in Las Vegas. The guys there were greatly accommodating. Got a free upgrade and great customer service. I’ll be using enterprise as my go to rental car company.

  We tried to get a car from a different company, made reservations only to show up and be told there were no vehicles available. We found this location near by and THEY SAVED THE DAY. Without a call or online reservation the very helpful employee had my family in a car without 20 minutes. The car was clean, ready to go and instruction were clear and easy. THANK YOU. I will use you again if I'm back in Vegas.

  Where do I start. First let me say this, I don’t have any personal issues with any of your staff members. But the fact that I have been renting vehicles from this company for many years (and that honestly shouldn’t have anything to do with providing excellent customer service experience) … I have reservations for 10 o’clock AM, that I completed check-in online the night prior (04-08-26), jog from my home to arrive there at the 200 N Main St Las Vegas, NV location, just to wait many minutes after to be assisted (again, this isn’t a complaint against any of your staff) Complete all of the formalities, process the payment of $213 with change… wait more minutes to be informed the van has a recall, was offered a ford explorer (declined)…I needed what I reserved. Then was informed the replacement van (Make/Model (color) CHRYSLER Pacifica (WHITE) License Plate VTM5126) could be driven to me in 30 minutes or I could be driven to said location at 4517 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV..I chose option B. Now keep in mind, though a recall is not necessarily the fault of enterprise, my schedule still took a hit. What was supposed to be a 10:00 AM reservation, and at the very latest, to be out by 10:30 AM and on the road, I ended up receiving a vehicle at 11:30 AM. They only had half of a tank and the passenger window was inoperable. Now I don’t know if that vehicle was primarily used for company errands or if anyone from your staff took the time to inspect the vehicle before giving it to me, But I didn’t have the Adequate time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, Seeing as I was Already over an hour delay delayed in My schedule. I was compensated $24 off of my total, Which was less than the amount of gas that I had to put in the vehicle just to bring it back to a little over half a tank. I normally don’t do complaints and just accept things as they are, But yesterday‘s experience was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Now to whomever it may concern, You may take the time to read this entire email or you may not… But yesterday‘s experience only showed me what measures the company would take to satisfy their customer… And that measurement wasn’t far at all. I will probably never rent from this company again. You all should have my information in your system, but this is my rental agreement #2ZZM7K. If I don’t hear anything back from this company to at least attempt to make something right, Then all I can say is well expected.
