  What a pleasure to find a financial institution that believes in values and excels in customer service. When we walked into the bank to open our accounts we were greeted by Marlene and another lady informing us that they are busy but please have a seat and they offered us water. It was a pleasure to be acknowledged in such manner. My first impression of the bank was it reminded me of a good old fashion bank where you can be face to face with a teller and managers. Being of the “seasoned” age bracket, it resume of a small scale of the bank in Mary Poppins. So far, I was very pleased with my impression of the bank and its employees. As we waited, we were offered water for a second time. Which was nice to know we were still being acknowledged. It was our turn to conduct our business. We were greeted by Heath Jacobson and was respected with hand shakes. I am most pleased with the quality of customer service that was extended. We opened two accounts and both transactions went smoothly. The manager, Heath Jacobson, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything including setting up our Mobil app. Heath was very pleasant and it was obvious he promotes high standards and instills solid values to his customers and coworkers. We walked out being confident with our decision to change financial institutions to Nevada State Bank.

  The lead teller explained to me that a fee would be waived last week. Went back in a this and the assistant manager couldn’t waive the fee . $29 in the trash isn’t nice in an economy like this . Drive down here twice since the virtual employees aren’t any help either .

  First they remove the Boulder City location and didn't have the decency to leave at least a small ATM for cash & my deposits. Then, ever since the last mobile update I am unable to make deposits via the app. Now I have to drive 15+ minutes to get to a branch to make a deposit... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. As soon as I get a chance I'm switching banks.
