  I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at this bank the customer service across the board is outstanding! A special thanks to Kathy, who personally walked me through everything and answered every single question I had. She and the rest of the staff made sure all my accounts were set up smoothly and working without a hitch. It really feels like the whole team goes above and beyond for their customers. I'm so glad I chose to do my banking here!

  If I could give 10 stars, I would. I moved my business banking to First Savings Bank about eight months ago, and Katrina has completely changed my expectations of what a personal banker should be. Anytime I have a question or an issue with my account, a deposit, a check, or anything else, Katrina is right on top of it. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. She has helped me work through issues with deposits, including a night drop deposit, and she always makes sure I get the answers and help I need. What really sets Katrina apart is the level of personal service she provides. She answers her phone. She follows through. She has even offered to drive to my office to pick up checks when I need it. What banker does that anymore? On top of all of that, Katrina is kind, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been in banking for years, and it shows. She knows the industry inside and out, and I trust her completely when it comes to my business banking. Katrina is, without question, the most knowledgeable and reliable banker I have ever worked with. If you own a small business and you're not banking with First Savings Bank, you're missing out on not only a tremendous bank, but one of the best personal bankers you could ask for.
