  I just met Katrina with First Saving Bank Due to my language barrier also my lack of knowledge about banking I was careful to make decision about bank She was so focus on my benefit Not just explaining about own bank Kindly explain what is best for me . I felt this is the company I want to go with . She was willing to take time to answer any questions and concern that I have . I recommend this bank and especially Katrina to help your banking She will definitely help you !!

  I had a great experience working with Alex and Katrina at First Savings Bank in Nevada. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the experience easy and stress-free. I walked in and they took me right away. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and personal attention. Alex and Katrina are a great representation of First Savings Bank, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and trustworthy banking team!

  Our non-profit has banked with FSB for many years, and I can't say enough how amazing it is to do business with them. They provide outstanding customer service, are very professional, and are so helpful! Katrina and Sonia always go above and beyond to help answer any questions or walk me through a system change.   If I could give 10 stars, I would. I moved my business banking to First Savings Bank about eight months ago, and Katrina has completely changed my expectations of what a personal banker should be. Anytime I have a question or an issue with my account, a deposit, a check, or anything else, Katrina is right on top of it. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. She has helped me work through issues with deposits, including a night drop deposit, and she always makes sure I get the answers and help I need. What really sets Katrina apart is the level of personal service she provides. She answers her phone. She follows through. She has even offered to drive to my office to pick up checks when I need it. What banker does that anymore? On top of all of that, Katrina is kind, funny, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She has been in banking for years, and it shows. She knows the industry inside and out, and I trust her completely when it comes to my business banking. Katrina is, without question, the most knowledgeable and reliable banker I have ever worked with. If you own a small business and you're not banking with First Savings Bank, you're missing out on not only a tremendous bank, but one of the best personal bankers you could ask for.
