    Totally useless fraud protection from this bank. The manager is just as useless. Daughter had some fraudulent charges and they treated her like she was to blame. I think the manager treated her like that because of her age. I bank here but not for long and according to the manager they don’t care because they have more customers. I just hope something like this happens to one of them so they can feel the pain of being burned and no one willing to help.
