I recently had my first experience where my debit card had a fraudulent charge. Their monitoring caught the charge and contacted me before it cleared my account! They confirmed whether it was a legitimate charge, blocked the charge from clearing, canceled my compromised debit card, and ordered me a new card. Thank you Western Bank and staff for looking out for your customers! I am very grateful!
