  I gotta say I don’t regret one bit switching over to first savings bank. Oscar has been there every time I’ve needed him.

  Tony, an employee of First Savings Bank (located in Ruidoso, NM) told me incorrect/fraudulent information and withheld useful information which caused one of my payments to be returned and for that account to go past due. Because of her negligence and the information she provided and the order of events and how they transpired, I closed my bank account with them. They should not be a financial institution in charge of handling money and employ people who give out incorrec/fraudulent/misleading information causing the customers to loose money and go past due on accounts that they were trusted with. First Savings Bank should not be in business at all. Just in the business of scamming people.Horrible bank. Tony the old blonde lady is incompetent. Don't trust them with your money/withdrawals.They sound half asleep every time on the phone. They don't know what they're doing. I would choose a different bank.
