They are more interested in their part of your money and what you can't do, not at all about what they can help you with. Had a teller make me feel stupid for wanting my money, then she wanders off without saying anything before coming back and saying I'll have no access to one single cent for the weekend because my money doesn't come out of pending till 10:30, and it's Friday and they're closed on the weekends. What kind of bank doesn't give you immediate virtual access to your money? If you open an account online you will not be able to access any funds from it until they mail you a card. Wish they said that.

I haven’t been able to set up Bill Pay was told I would get a call back for this but never did. I’m purchasing a new home and was told by the employee about a program and was told I would get a call back but never did? At this point I’m just concerned I’m not valued as a loyal customer. Unfortunately I’m looking to open another bank account or credit union some where else now.
