I had a wonderful experience throughout the process, I stepped into the branch on Unser and was immediately greeted by Chelsea. Chelsea assisted me with opening my membership and getting my loan funded same day. The best part of my experience was Chelsea even though it was my first interaction with her it felt like catching up with an old friend, not a transaction. I am absolutely impressed with Nusenda.

- SDSamantha DuarteJun 8, 20201.0Went to my bank today received horrible service. I was robbed and assaulted in ABQ. I was trying to get my account situated from the thieves that stole from me. I again felt violated from my own bank not wanting to help me resolve the problem because i didn't have clear identification, When clearly i explained to them that my ID was stolen, However i had an ID that could clearly identify me and still Eric Ruis ans staff refused to help me. Very disappointed and i recommend a new bank somewhere else.
