  9 years so they could bully me into closing my accounts. Husband died have no choice but to file bankruptcy. Nusenda tried forcing me to make a credit card payment in order to use my own funds in checking and savings. During bankruptcy you can’t pay bills like that. One teller actually laughed at me for it. She says if I can’t pay my bills to just close my account. Worst part is not a single person could tell me why they were doing what they were doing. They couldn’t name the rule they were using to force this upon me. Just bye lol. Never will I ever is or recommend Nusenda ever again. And the Los Lunas Branch has to be the worst of them all

  Cheryl Serna at the Los Lunas branch was helpful and informative with a large wire transfer in Feb 2026. She provided me with a sense of security. Thank-You.

  Don't come here if you need something notarized with a LEGAL name change. They want you to jump through hoops that are partly illegal! Sorry but you Legally cant have your old name on a current id when you have had your named changed. Thats why you bring in the court order but they wont accept that, even though thats the LEGAL thing to do. Dont waste your time with these people.
