Nusenda tried forcing me to make a credit card payment in order to use my own funds in checking and savings. During bankruptcy you can’t pay bills like that. One teller actually laughed at me for it. She says if I can’t pay my bills to just close my account. Worst part is not a single person could tell me why they were doing what they were doing. They couldn’t name the rule they were using to force this upon me. Just bye lol. Never will I ever is or recommend Nusenda ever again. And the Los Lunas Branch has to be the worst of them all
