  I've called to make reservations and ordered 2 large pizzas. I was disappointed because I got great customer service, but no pizzas. Jokes aside, I've been going to this bank for the last 2 years, and honestly, I'm glad my company banks with First Savings. Always friendly, and the ladies provide great customer service and assist with any questions that I may have.

  I am CONTINUALLY having problems with logging in. I have had to contact customer service way too many times. If I wanted to call someone I would just call for a balance but my needs don't always occur during banking hours!
