They lie, agents are rude as hell, they don’t listen to anything being said (respond to answer but don’t listen to understand), are mighty quick to talk over you and then clap back with an “apology” I cannot wait to be done with this bank. And let me make this abundantly clear: I will not reach out by email regarding my concerns. NOTHING will be done except a backhanded excuse blaming the customers when nothing is ever taken seriously regarding your employees!!
