- JLJanice LJun 25, 20261.0Worst location for customer service! Daniella the teller was clueless on what she was doing and made up a bunch of lies about my issue! Then I proceeded to ask for the manager (Areli Garcia) she was worse! She had the biggest attitude, rolling her eyes and raising her voice at me?! Wow! She told me I should just close my account with the issues that I was having? Seriously! That’s what you have to offer? This is the worst location! A bunch of incompetent girls, that don’t care about Rio grande credit union customers! I filed a complaint as well.

- RJRichard Joe Peralta Jr.Jun 1, 20262.0I'm trying to help my father recover his tax return that was sent to them by mistake he closed his account out over a year and a half ago but they kept it open on the collection side so when the check hit accidentally they took his entire income tax return for a vehicle that they're still trying to negotiate with the insurance company about paying their portion the car insurance check bounced instead of going after the insurance company the bank went after an 80 year old person to take his income taxes so be cautious do not Finance the car what the bank if you have a checking account any late payments or additional charges will be taken from your bank account immediately without your permissions
