- JBJ Bailon3 days ago1.0I've been banking with RGCU for quite some time now and I have always had pleasant experiences. Today however, was the first to meet an extremely rude an unprofessional teller. The interaction left a bad impression and needs to be addressed. I'd be happy to speak with someone who oversees this branch, so that hopefully the behavior can be corrected. With that said.. Please consider retraining "Bianca" in basic customer service skills. (I'm not fully confident she gave her actual name by the way she said it, and could not confirm as her hair covered her name tag.) Four years ago I sold my rentals and moved to Ventana ranch. I still go to the downtown branch to conduct my business!! Because of the way they treat me.
