  By far the worst experience in banking that I've ever had I shouldn't have to keep track of them while they're keeping track of my money which I'm keeping them so they can keep a track of it so then they blame me that I'm the one who picked automatic payments I'm the one who set up all this stuff that's why the money is getting taken no you need to ask that person before you think you can go in there and just take their money or like if there's a transaction that doesn't make sense like the 20,000 that I have on mine since I've been there don't just lend them the money to pay out of pocket for something that he's not authorizing to pay especially when my bank account was at zero and the week before I took out all my cash and it was $10 left and for some reason it got to -28 thanks guys for keeping a track of my money and now I have to pay back the late fee I just got my transaction my direct deposit put in there and right when I look at it's $30 negative on there already and it doesn't say where it came from who took it where or why thanks guys for making my experience one of the worst experiences I've ever had just kidding Rio Grande Credit Union

  Look I dint have a lot of money, retired. However, I always walk in to do my busines, because I enjoy it. Everyone knows me. Everyone is always friendly. Now I got scammed and used to launder 5000 dollars. The bank totally went out of there way to work with me. At one point I realized it was a scam. I called the FBI because the money was crossing borders. It was me being stupid. But Rio Grande Credit Union went out of their way to help me. They didn't just throw me out. They helped me set up new account and have always helpedMr. The folks you come in contact with on daily basis are helpful and caring, they are very personal you feel like you have a bank that cares. I can't drive there because I have disease prevents me from driving.i have to walk there. There is a cover bank to me much shorter walk but I would never change. I hope this helps someone who might be conserdering who to pick. You want a pbank that is personal and cares, this is it. God Bless all, I hope this helps.

  Honestly don’t waste your time with this credit union, I have never had so many complications, I will say that don’t use this as your primary bank account on some accounts they do not let you use the atm until you have hit 30days of account opening, my id had just expired tried to do a deposit on there teller drive thru and was denied to do my deposit and than they suggested to go inside if they would make an exception with the paper the state provides you and than they don’t have a regular atm at this location that makes it super inconvenient, not sure why they took it out because there use to be one there. Was very excited to join this credit union because of friends and family recommending it to me. I did ask if I could file a complaint and they said they did not know where I could file one ? However if you do have a membership I will say they do have some good rates on loans. This is a credit union for a secondary account.
