Honestly don’t waste your time with this credit union, I have never had so many complications, I will say that don’t use this as your primary bank account on some accounts they do not let you use the atm until you have hit 30days of account opening, my id had just expired tried to do a deposit on there teller drive thru and was denied to do my deposit and than they suggested to go inside if they would make an exception with the paper the state provides you and than they don’t have a regular atm at this location that makes it super inconvenient, not sure why they took it out because there use to be one there. Was very excited to join this credit union because of friends and family recommending it to me. I did ask if I could file a complaint and they said they did not know where I could file one ?
However if you do have a membership I will say they do have some good rates on loans. This is a credit union for a secondary account.

I have never been involved with such an unprofessional Bank EVER. I was disrespected and hung up on the phone for trying to file a complaint by the SUPERVISOR. I have a repair shop and have been doing insurance claims the last 4-5 years and have never been disrespected this much by any other bank or credit union. Also have never been told that the funds for the repairs on a vehicle will be on hold until the repairs are completed. I was also told that I have to provide evidence of vehicle repairs for them to release the check of the total amount. Over 12k in parts and over 15k in damage repairs that have to come out of my pocket, until the vehicle repairs are completed (with evidence) for them to release the check. Also depending on oem parts that could take weeks, possibly months to receive. The most unprofessional Credit Union I have ever dealt with.

Save your Money and Time. RGCU SUCKS!!!! Even when you Opt out of Overdraft Protection they keep sending you letters about POPS aka 800 dollars in overdraft protection when I had already told them to stop with the letters several times. I closed my Checking account and opened it with Kirkland Credit Union instead.
