  Wow I just became a new member and none of there locations ATMs aren't working it's sad having to go to a CU anytime atm I'll be closing my account on Monday

  Stay away from PNC on 4th st. I have a mortgage loan with PNC by not my choice. PNC purchased it in 2020 from my old bank. I recently got this random call Feb 2025 from PNC stating they would like to offer me more business. I did have an interest in a construction loan for a different project, so I said yes and went in to talk at the 4th st location. All they did was try to sell me credit cards. Very un-professional and amateur skills. Later in time I had a Home Depot deferred interest that was going to expire so I took their credit card offer for defered interest transfer. PNC failed at whet they sold me on. I ended up having to pay Home Depot deferred interest. PNC did it incorrectly and then they tried to submit it. Bank to bank they failed and why would I want to re submit when I was already chared the interest. It was too late. Their market plan failed. I will cancel this card for a total waste of time from the PNC 4th street location. Stay away. It Makes me wonder about their other services and lack of quality or lack of attention to detail. Stay away

  My experience with PNC has been exceptionally good. I have my needs met by keeping my regular banking simple and concise.. I have regular monthly deposits made on line. My “cash” needs therefore are done by atm or using the convenient drive through. Cash availability is always in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints whatsoever. PNC has been my most stress free banking experience to date.

  Never have more than one person working. Even with a line out the door the manager doesn't help.
