- JLJ LeeMay 5, 20261.0Unprofessional, inconsiderate, shyster even. More concerned about selling credit cards and their services than the customers needs. Serious problem here. Wow, look at all of the crappy reviews. I just posted mine and then went back to see what other people are saying. Apparently, this branch of PNC needs all new employees and management. This needs to go to corporate people. Don’t just complain here go to corporate that’s what I’m going to do. I suggest you do the same thing.

- THTiffaney HawkMay 3, 20211.0Count your money, check your receipt. Their teller just tried to steal $50 from my cash deposit. I insisted she recount it 3 times. Asked her to use the machine or get a manager. She claimed she was the manager and they'd check if the drawer was over at the end of the night. I said I wouldn't leave til they deposited all of my money. Miraculously it turned up when someone else counted it. Either she can't count and shouldn't be a teller or she is a thief. Either way, steer clear!
