The manager, Lucy, was unable to complete a task that should have been within her capabilities—specifically, removing a service that a customer no longer needed. When the customer called the branch for assistance, they were completely ignored. Because of this experience, I am reconsidering my decision to open an account with PNC.

Makes me wonder what was going on in the life of the other reviewer (same post under different names = a-hole, in my opinion). Everyone I encountered, from the guard to the manager was kind, professional, and treated me with respect. Life usually works that way, right? What you put out there, you get in return.
