SHE IS THE FIRST PERSON YOU SEE WHEN YOU COME IN THE DOOR.IT APPEARS,SHE HAS HAD NO COSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IT IS VERRY SAD. I BEEN COMMING TO THIS BANK FOR OVER 24 YEARS WHEN IT WAS BBVA.
