You think the bank would let you know how much your payment is, but logic escapes customer service. They tell you your payment is $200 so you set up autopay for $200. Then they tell you that your payment is $500 and you are late because your autopay didnot pay the entire amount. Charge you late fee and say you are behind on payment. We will notify you through our APP or email or letter. THAT DIDNOT HAPPEN. Free market is awesome. Time to pull all money and find a new bank. If I spend money for services, would like to have GOOD service. Update time. NUSENDA sent an email link so that they can contact me. Either the person went on vacation or they give lip service and donot care about you anyway. They just want to look like they are following up with your problems. It has been several weeks and nothing and answering their first inquiry.
