  This is now the 3rd month in a row after I spoke with someone in customer support who swore to me the issue was resolved, that when I go to pull my SSDI from my account with my African American partner with me, that I have to wait around for an override to get MY money. It's my money, what is this b.s!? I feel heavily discriminated against and lied to. I am really fed up. I will never open a checking account with them again since they can't even be honest and I have to wait and be humiliated every single month.

  Very hard to deal with if you are a small business trying to open an account. I do not recommend them!

  Great unless you need to call them directly. I thought I left something there. It took me 4 transfers and 15 minutes just to find out. Because you cannot call the bank directly. Honestly, 5 stars for the people at the branch but ZERO for the people that manage Nusenda as a whole. Absolutely illogical management. Probably management by excel file. Hey, let’s let a call center handle everything but still have like 15 people at the bank. Probably why they pay very little interest.
