  My boyfriend and I came to set up him a debit and credit account. I’ve had really bad experiences trying to do so with Us Eagle they were rude made us feel dumb and weren’t helpful at all, so we came here I was a little nervous but we had such a good experience, everyone is so helpful his name was Joe who helped us he said it was his first week by himself but he did awesome I would’ve thought he had worked there for years if he didn’t tell me. We were eventually able to get my boyfriend a debit and credit account opened within 1 hour! Super satisfied:)

  This is now the 3rd month in a row after I spoke with someone in customer support who swore to me the issue was resolved, that when I go to pull my SSDI from my account with my African American partner with me, that I have to wait around for an override to get MY money. It's my money, what is this b.s!? I feel heavily discriminated against and lied to. I am really fed up. I will never open a checking account with them again since they can't even be honest and I have to wait and be humiliated every single month.

  I have been with Nusenda before the name became Nusenda so I have been with them for 13 years the CU ANYTIME ATM had a malfunction and I was told it’s my responsibility unless it was fraud I also have a protection on my account so I do not overdraft and it stops me from doing so and that did not happen so now I’m having to owe $211 that I do not have I had asked for some help and they didn’t wanna do anything to help me out with the balance when I had to owe $100 due to overdraft protection not working correctly so they cleared my account of $100 that time and now that I am actually showing proof that it is not my fault I’m having to be responsible so now I’m going to look for another bank that is good for someone that has a Payee account and doesn’t give them such a hard time when it comes to financial issues

  I can't say enough about the online banking I have another account with another financial institution and it seems Nusenda is ahead of the curve. For instance the money-management part of the online banking is not only helpful in most cases but a necessity.
