  Absolutely Love Nusenda Credit Union. Every branch I have been to in Albuquerque and the Rio Rancho area has had great service. They are quick to respond and the organization almost never leaves you waiting. There are multiple banking options and every one is extremely convenient/user friendly. If you ever have any issues, you can call (during the week) and talk to someone within a local branch. Straight forward and to the point. No hidden anything’s. Large Parking lots. Accessible ATMS (both drive up and walk up). Kind and VERY helpful staff. Yes, it is a Credit Union and not a bank, but it’s open to the Public!! ALL are welcome. There’s no “standard” to necessarily meet. Thank You, Nusenda Team.

  Lisette needs customer service training or at least a lesson in basic human kindness. She is rude and uneducated. Ask for help from someone else. I generally like Nuseda but this experience made me want to switch banks.

  When i tell you... It pays nothing to be kind! My experience at this location has been quite the roller coaster. The first time that I initially had come into the office I spoke with a gentleman that was unable to resolve my online banking which I needed to do for future payments. This was my fourth attempt coming into nusenda and the first gentleman that I spoke to was incredibly rude and condescending. Isaiah was very incompetent, very pretentious and I'm honestly surprised how he has skated his way through customer service. If you don't know how to do something, don't gaslight the customer and send them off to do the leg work! "It pays nothing to be kind" or patient and to offer some kind of relief to a customer or allow space for someone who has gotten no where with the company, a solution! This matter of getting something so simple as a passcode and a username to work seemed to be the most difficult and challenging thing for this employee. He was so quick to mutter "oh well that never happened" "oh well you didn't do this" "oh well that's not right". When I in fact know that I had went to this branch and multiple branches to try to get this resolved. On the bright side I asked for someone else to help me and without spot or blemish the employee Kyle was able to complete what seemingly presented as so challenging and so hard for Isaiah to understand or do. Kyle was very professional , kind and was able to email whomever he needed to to get the job completed. He even reiterated that i would not leave without some kind of solution. He even checked to see one if my insurance was in the system when I had talked to Isaiah he wrote down a email for me to go here and there when Kyle took on simple message and got it done! Not only did Kyle figure out how to get my online portal completed but he was able to do recurring payments and get me set up. I'm very disappointed with my first interaction this morning with your employee Isaiah who has no sense of compassion and no signs of working in customer service. But Kyle made every bit of the difference and made the computer issue very user friendly! He was able to come to my level and I hope he is Valued as a person of great lengths, compassion, and someone who is dedidcated to his career. I hope no one else has to interact with Isaiah in the same manner that i did
