I wasted my breath praising associate that promises my issue was resolved, when in fact I went in to my normal location to get my SSDI out of my account with my African American partner and was again humiliated by having to wait for an override on my money. 3 months of b.s over $4500 of MY money i have to fight for. Disgusting

- STSean TurnerMar 24, 20261.0Juan was nice enough to try to help me refinance an auto loan, but he seemed like he had absolutely no idea how any of it worked. I walked in and got an unsecured personal loan 2 weeks ago at a different branch and it took all of a half hour. Today, Juan the Inept, spent more than an hour switching between frantically typing and leaving the office, presumably to get help, before he even submitted the refi to underwriting, which after a total of 2 hours was denied. Don’t choose Nusenda. Go somewhere else.
- RARiver AlbrightJul 3, 20255.0Just had to pay a loan payment over the phone (ive done this alot since moving out of state) everytime is a very easy and pleasurable experience, but today.. today I got help from "Kelsey" she was so sweet, kind, patient, and all around amazing. Honestly, if you get help over the phone from a bank employee and half way through the call want to ask to take her for a drink or dinner... you know youre getting good service and are with the right bank. Kelsey, thank you so much for your help and for being patient while I located my card/wallet. I wish I was still in ABQ even if it was just to meet you in person. What a wonderful person!
