  Teller was rude to my daughter in drive thru. Seemed like my daughter inconvenienced the teller by going to this location. We’ll continue going to the Juan Tabo, or Paseo location.

  If you prefer a bank that engages in predatory practices and treats struggling customers like prey, this may be the place for you. Their conduct brings to mind Mr. Potter from It’s a Wonderful Life. I sincerely hope the institution reflects on its practices and chooses to do better. Until then, anyone seeking a trustworthy bank that genuinely prioritizes customer care and support would be wise to look elsewhere. I should mention that this isn't the behavior of everyone that works here (I've talked with a few very sweet people), but the overall practices of the bank and the conduct of a few are a no-go for me.

  Today they had me come in just for a signature. They said there was only 1 person ahead of me in line. Been waiting 2hrs 30 min for a signature. HONESTLY IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THAT LONG, I got to the location people who arrived after I did and they left after waiting less than I was and they left upset they had 3 accountants ready yet us customers wondering how payments and signing take this long. They also almost had a lady cut in front of me because she was waiting so they we're gonna skip me in the process and having me wait longer than 3 hours for a signature.

  I went into this branch to get a membership with about 40 mins left before the day is over. The lady is rude initially. The manager looks over & shakes his head saying (no) that they cannot sign me up for a membership. So I proceed to leave, as I am walking away. I see the 2 lady staff (Mexicans) & 1 (Mexican young boy), with their White Owner (manager((lol)) talking bad about me. I proceed to ask what happened. They then quickly be quiet. Say nothing and to leave. They keep playing with people they will find out. It is people out here with NOT much to lose. They need to tread lightly because when they are out of work its a different ball game. No need to be rude, because people will do something. Then they will play Victim. Tread lightly with people you know nothing about. I will file a complaint with the higher ups, I also know people here in the big banks around Albuquerque. I will spread the word. Have a Blessed day.
