Kathryn, the manager, took the time to personally follow up with me, listen to my concerns, and work toward a fair resolution. I truly appreciated the responsiveness, communication, and care shown throughout the process. It’s reassuring to know that when an issue arises, Nusenda is willing to take it seriously and treat members with respect. Thank you to the Nusenda team for the excellent customer service.

I was completely unaware because I lost my debit card and all my autopays were affected. I’ll never bank here again and I’m closing my account

Nusenda bank in Uptown is simply my favorite location for banking in this town. Sadly, I will have to live closer to one of the other Nusenda locations here in the short future. Before I moved I just wanted to add to any positive words that could be said about these absolutely awesome Nusenda employees I just mentioned.
