I went into this branch to get a membership with about 40 mins left before the day is over. The lady is rude initially. The manager looks over & shakes his head saying (no) that they cannot sign me up for a membership. So I proceed to leave, as I am walking away. I see the 2 lady staff (Mexicans) & 1 (Mexican young boy), with their White Owner (manager((lol)) talking bad about me. I proceed to ask what happened. They then quickly be quiet. Say nothing and to leave. They keep playing with people they will find out. It is people out here with NOT much to lose. They need to tread lightly because when they are out of work its a different ball game. No need to be rude, because people will do something. Then they will play Victim. Tread lightly with people you know nothing about. I will file a complaint with the higher ups, I also know people here in the big banks around Albuquerque. I will spread the word. Have a Blessed day.

I expect this kind of treatment from Walmart or McDonald’s, but not from a credit union. I called and asked for a supervisor and I got some bloke named Joshua. It was unpleasant and not an experience I would expect as a member of a credit union. I asked to go above Joshua and he wouldn’t do that for me. He was using my name like it was a curse word. I don’t know what is going on, but I’m not getting a New Mexico customer service experience. It also does not feel like a credit union. This branch is horrible as well. I don’t like going into the branch because I cannot believe how rude and inappropriate they can be inside the branch as well. I really wish something could be done about this place so they could treat a member like a member in a customer service manner so they could actually seem like a credit union. fortunately, I was able to call back and I got a woman who helped me with the issue easily when Josh could not. All they have to do is be polite and listen to the question and understand that a person may need to get paperwork and it doesn’t matter why it’s a bank and I need some paperwork from the bank even if they don’t feel it’s important it might be important to me financially and it is so all they have to do is listen. If they don’t want to work in a bank don’t work in a bank so when I was in the branch, the supervisor had to come in and intervene and print the paperwork because the representative in the branch did not want to print it and didn’t understand why it was important to me. So a supervisor had to take over and get it printed. That’s all it took. I wish they could learn to be more polite independently and I think as Joshua said he was some sort of supervisor on the phone Line. I cannot believe that people act this way.
