  They are either very understaffed or have inefficient workers. Either way over 45 minutes in the drive thru line when there's only three cars ahead of you and three lanes open is unacceptable.

  I opened up a business account here with my business partner and they gave us two cards. I came in today and they said they have to cancel one of the cards they gave me. Their error. This is the second time they close out active business cards. They don’t care about small business. Their business services always have someone training and things are consistently done wrong. Now I have to go and clean up their mess by changing my card number on all my accounts. Today, Emy was very nice but definitely didn’t want to take responsibility for her company’s lack of process and care for small business. Also, I have 4 business accounts here. You’d think there would be more care and appreciation. Cool green tho ✅

  I went into this credit union to ask a simple question about a debit card and a transfer. But instead, the lady at the greeting podium as you enter the Credit Union was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Instead of a nice greeting; I got the up and down look and what do you want? I hope, some people will stop and look at themselves before judging. Just because the world is in so much turmoil does not give everyone the right to pass judgement onto others. It doesn't take much to have some kindness. If you can't show kindness to others then maybe it's time to find a new kind of employment.
