  Not an actual Bank branch. Basically just a glorified ATM with really patronizing men inside as if you're supposed to know that the building that says it's a bank on the outside is not actually a bank but just an ATM with a butler that has the personality of cigarette ashes

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been a Nusenda Credit Union member for over 5.5 years, and my experience has consistently been positive. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to answer questions or help with whatever I need. Whether I've visited a branch or handled things through their online services, the process has been straightforward and efficient. I appreciate that they focus on providing great member service rather than making me feel like just another account number. If you're looking for a local financial institution that values its members and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend Nusenda Credit Union.

  I'm a member here. My job requires me to get proof notarized, I use this bank because notary is free to members. Last month one of the branches conspired to charge me $5 per signature for the upwards of 50 possible signatures a week between my husband and I. When my husband asked if he would need to pay that amount at other branches also, it became apparent that it was only them considering this, saying that they only usually do one here and there and our needs were excessive. They "talked" to the staff at the branch and we all let it go. Although I still feel like they would've stolen from me if I had just accepted what they were saying. This month they allowed multiple deposits to continue into my account that weren't mine, even after I went into the branch and asked that they be stopped so I can figure out if they were mine or not. By then I had already used a small portion of it, not knowing it wasn't mine and stopped when I realized they might not be. I got a call yesterday telling me they figured out who it belonged to. I told them I was working and could talk to them tomorrow but, they would have to work with me since they made a mistake and so did I, not knowing, and they said someone would call me to initiate the process. Then they locked my account down, called it fraud (their mistake) and left me with nothing. And now... I'm going to have to adjust all my deposits for all my jobs and I'll be without pay for over a week and overdrawn $200+ because they're calling their mistake "fraud" . Their mistake. They genuinely don't care about members... I got an "I do apologize" tho! And, as icing on the cake, another deposit was allowed through, today, on Thursday, when I asked them to be stopped on Monday, before any of this happened. Thanks nusenda!

  I HATE THEM. I got some work done on our house and unfortunately, the company I used only finances through Nusenda. This account has been the biggest pain in the butt and their customer service doesn't help at all! I told them I worked until 5, their rep kept emailing me to say she needed to talk to me but wouldn't say for what. When I finally called them, she said she just wanted to tell me I was past due on a payment. Duh I know that. I asked her for any help with closing my account balance and she said they don't do that. I hate their app. I hate their customer service. I'm going back to my bank where they help and appreciate me.

  30 years I've been a Nusenda customer. I have 4 accounts 2 credit cards fully paid off and a few vehicle's NEW and a Mortgage that's getting ready to be payed off and I have Never missed or been late. I Went to one of the smaller locations to dispute a 600$ charge for an Item I didn't recieve in the mail. I went to the post office to check into it. The USPS Tracking number I was given was in another Person's Name and went to some other state so I wasn't able to file a lost package. I gathered the information from the post office. the post master had a picture of the box and label address to Another Man. I called the seller and They Refused to refund my$ and then ghosted me and blocked me from the website and email. So I went to my bank to report the fraud. I spoke to some mid 20 year old person that didn't ask for pictures or the mailing information. He Just asked for the order number which I had, and a description of what happened and a description of what the purchase was that never arrived. He didn't want the USPS TRACKING or pictures or screen shots, Nothing. I thought I would get my money credit back immediately and then after the investigation it would be a slam dunk. WRONG. Long story short I recieved a letter from my bank saying they didn't have enough information and I would not be receiving a credit. Then I went back to the bank to give more information and management said It's not going to make a difference so much time has past. I have THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars in 4 different accounts, along with a perfect payment history for over 20 year's on my Home and several Vehicles and the credit cards don't carry a balance. So now that I was treated like trash and I can't trust this bank to keep my money safe and Anyone can just steal my Money and get away with it with No accountability im Dissapointed and this just doesn't seem right. When My Bank doesn't Put any effort on my behalf as the Member to get my money back for something that never was even Mailed to me is wrong, flat-out wrong. Especially In 2026 where everything's electronic and documented. It should be a just a simple reversal. Im seriously Dissapointed with Nusenda.
