  Michelle Dearholt please help us!😭 09/22/2026 I pulled out a loan with your bank and told it was supposed to be paid within 12 months I have not had the loan for 12 months and I’ve only missed two payments. I have always been on time or ahead of time on paying off my loans. Today I only had $17 in my account and with that money I was going to order a Lyft ride to the store to buy me and my son food because we ran out. Sadly, but surely when I looked at my account, it would show an overdraft fee of over $200. When I called to ask why this had happened, the lady started yelling at me instead if I don’t have a member number, then I must not be part of Nusenda. I decided to hang up and call back because the lady was generally scaring me only to get another woman asking for my Social Security number and when I asked if she needed the member number, this lady would start yelling as well. She said you do not need the member number now just give me your Social Security number and shut up this time around instead of hanging up, I just gave her the Social Security number and asked her to please explain why I had the overdraft without yelling at me. She said that it was because of two late payments on your loan. I found this interesting considering I have 12 months to pay off the loan and I’ve only missed by two payments and I planned on paying it this Friday. My concern is for my son‘s health he needs to eat and sadly, but surely we have no way of getting into the store. I can promise that we have all the intentions and paying off this loan, but I do not find it right to deprive me and my son of our necessities. Please help us to resolve this issue because currently as of today NUSENDA bank has deprived a child of food.💔😭

  If you decide to buy a home, don’t go to Nusenda as a lender I went there. They only offered me 150,000 then I went to Bank of Albuquerque and they gave me 350,000 approved I don’t know why they gave me a low number. Maybe they’re just not a big enough bank to handle that much Capitol
