UPDATE: our life savings remain in good hands following the Verizon/Nusenda cable cutting fiasco. This location is absolutely beautiful and the staff are empathetically professional. Been with N. since those days when you Had to be an Educator. (1980’s). Nusenda and this particular branch are tops in New Mexico.

Sunward took them over and they are quickly losing favor with me. i quit Nusenda bank when they took over New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union. not only do the products change. so does the culture. i had to walk out of this branch of my own bank because i was treated like a second class citizen . young up and comers are employed now and the treatment is like that of the popular kids in high school. the greater ( young gymster latino ) directed the first in line woman in front of me to one of three women tellers and the just walked away. the two open tellers just ignored me ( i will help you when i am good and ready. i was not here to waste my time so i got my complimentry member coffee and checked my socials. when the tellers were there a few minutes without people to help an manager type woman came out and asked me if i had been helped. i explained to her that help wasnt given to me when i arrived. she than asked in a condsending pretty girl tone, well what do you need help with. open registers/ open tellers that do not take customers would be less insulting if they were closed . ignore the customer is now accepted in this current business culture. millenial apethy only fortifies this degradation
