- PDPaul DoddyOct 7, 20245.0I called this branch because I lost my debit card and needed a new one. I spoke to Alex the Branch manager, explained my situation and he told me to stop by and I'll be taken care of. When I arrived he greeted me and introduced me to Helen who would address my situation. Helen was kind and considerate and listened to my situation. Within a very short time I left with my new debit card. Great service PNC West Windsor and thanks again Alex and Helen!
- AGAnna GMar 26, 20221.0So I have or had 3 PNC locations within 3 miles of my house. Now 1 was closed, 1 does not do in person deposits or withdrawals ( why is it even there) and 1 is full service. I am sorry to say that although I have been banking with PNC for many , many years I think its probably time to change. I want a bank that actually does what banks do; take my deposits and withdrawals.
- JRJerzy ROct 8, 20212.0No transactions- just a “financial center”. Would be nice to know it’s not a full service branch. No signage, no indication- would have gone somewhere else.
- LBLiz BonafideJul 17, 20205.0Suzanne is the BEST! She's the manager at this branch and goes above and beyond always, especially today. I had a tall order and she helped me execute it swiftly. My company uses PNC and I pass 3 other branches to go to this one, the employees here are all so pleasant, efficient and never give me a hard time or negative vibes like others I have encountered. KEEP IT UP WW PNC!
- LLLinda LJun 1, 20181.0Worst experience in a bank! Trust me, DO NOT go to this location to waste your time! Many employees there don’t even have basic knowledge of banking.
