But after this conversation, I am considering taking my business to Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Suntrust or any other Bank after the way I was talked to. PNC needs to step it up with better costumer service. The way I was treated on the phone was completely out of line and inappropriate. This employee needs to be tutored or let go ASAP.
