She was so warm friendly and helpful during my visit I felt so grateful for her assisting me. She gave me knowledge of so many bank account options and I will absolutely refer my friends network and family to this branch specifically. They were all extremely professional and polite! Thank you again for such a thoughtful and helpful experience!!

What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into an unnecessarily difficult experience. The branch manager was condescending, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service professionalism. As a client simply trying to access my own funds, I did not expect to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. Because of this experience, I withdrew my full balance and closed my account the same day. I value professionalism and respect when it comes to handling my finances, and unfortunately, this branch did not meet that standard.
