This is not my bank. It is my elderly mother’s. Unfortunately I’ve had to take over her financials.The worst bank on the planet! Communication is horrific! The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! There customer service consists of a bunch of non-English speaking folks, sitting in a big Call room, who know Nothing and what advice they do give is incorrect! Please stay away from PNC banks, especially the West Essex branch, they are awful. There are so many wonderful banks. I deal with four other banks. I have never had an issue in 40 years of banking, until six years ago when I had to become my mother‘s power of attorney.

Stay away from this branch, but especially Maria Loor. Called four times over the course of two weeks trying to get in touch with her, and was told she's on vacation (week 1) or busy with a customer (week 2) but she'll call me back when she's available. Never received a call back.

I never usually post reviews but this deserves a review! I came into the branch because someone from fraud over the phone shut my card down without even asking my permission. She treated me very poorly on the phone I was very upset and frustrated with my experience and called customer service who advised me to go get a new card from a local branch. As soon as I walked into the branch, Maria immediately greeted me with a smile and immediately addressed my concerns and helped me get a new card, and helped me get approved for a credit card. She was super friendly and personable and turned a stressful day for me into a great one. I left the branch smiling and feeling better. Maria is wonderful and I’m so glad I chose this branch to help me out!

Terrible bank for business I opened multiple accounts almost a year ago after two salesman came to my office promising the world. The right hand has no idea what the left is doing, they are truly clueless.
