- MMMBZ MBZOct 5, 20261.0Cost me $50 just to have my money sit and do nothing here. Opened a business account, put in the minimum for checking and wasn’t able to use the account for a few months as other things got in the way. Because they sent paper statements, it put me under the minimum and they started charging $15/mo. For what exactly??? You didn’t have to do anything!!! Didn’t even offer paperless statements when I opened the account. Scam place… I took my business and put it in a different bank. One that doesn’t scam you.
- AKA KSep 26, 20261.0Stay away from this bank like the other reviews warn. I was met with this pretend to be welcoming unwelcoming experience ever. I felt like I was being prejudiced and judged and they kept in real-time creating roadblocks restricting access to my account after I verified my identity saying it was "the system" that restricted me as im watching them scroll up and down and type in random things on keyboard. I called corporate and they sent me to a new location and said its not the system its them doing that. They were treating me like I was trying to scam them. You don't inconvenience someone just because you feel like you have the authority to you follow company protocol,policy,and procedures. Im reporting to the CFPB.

The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! There customer service consists of a bunch of non-English speaking folks, sitting in a big Call room, who know Nothing and what advice they do give is incorrect! Please stay away from PNC banks, especially the West Essex branch, they are awful. There are so many wonderful banks. I deal with four other banks. I have never had an issue in 40 years of banking, until six years ago when I had to become my mother‘s power of attorney.
