  I went to the PNC Bank for help sending some money , the ladies there ,Sinai,AsmaaSamatha and the first teller that day all helped me. It was very important that I send the money right away , they all listen to my story and all helped . Needless to say problem solved, money sent. All of these ladies were kind caring and extremely helpful. Thank you all for your support. Mrs. Roman

  I have personal checking account for 10 years about with this bank.This is the most disgusting bank to deal with. I have good amount of deposit in my account. Whenever I ask for a couple of rolls of change These people always say no. The answer is we have limited change. Ok You have limited change But you are not out of it. So adamant they are They will not give you even one roll of quarters. The lady manager who refuses to tell her name even Is super disgusting. If you want to speak to her She doesn’t have time to talk. Even will not return the call. She should be demoted to the position of teller. Rather She should be fired from her job for having worst customer service. My next step is I am going to call the corporate office to make a formal complaint against her.
