  Had an 11:30 appointment with the sole customer rep. Husband in recovery from open heart, 95 degrees out but we made it. Rep had taken a "walk in" customer. Waited 20 minutes, he comes out and assures us five minutes. 15 minutes later it's obvious they're still at it. We left. We get a phone call of apology which was almost impossible to understand half an hour later. Cheap PNC needs more and better trained reps. Never got the card.

  I have been with PNC for years. They recently discriminated against my disability so now I need to take legal steps. Banks only look out for themselves. They don’t care about customers too much. 8/26/23: waited 15 minutes in the bank to get change of a 50 dollar bill. 2 tellers on n the one at the front refused to help me. Very lazy woman.
