The bank administrative manager Mrs. Maria Dulce Rebelo answers all my questions and concern as well Offer me all the available accounts options with great communication skills. So if you are thinking in opening a bank account don’t look any other Bank give this branch a chance you won’t regrated. Fiquei muito impressionado com o atendimento ao cliente na agência da Union Pine Street. A gerente administrativa do banco, Sra. Maria Dulce Rebelo, responde a todas as minhas perguntas e preocupações, além de me oferecer todas as opções de contas disponíveis com ótimas habilidades de comunicação. - MAMichael AnthonyMar 16, 20151.0Perhaps the worst bank I've ever banked with. Their on-line banking is down A LOT ( as in weekly ) . Their staff in most of the branches ( ESPECIALLY Pine in Union ) are tedious. You will never leave a branch after a visit not feeling exhausted. Service varies wildly from branch to branch. ( Pacific in Ironbound Newark is one of their few good ones .... but you shouldn't have to plan your day around finding the least awful branch. ) Their fees are crazy and there is a VERY good reason that the State of New York took action against them for consumer violations including balance manipulation. They were convenient as they had branches close to where I needed to be , but moved to a neighborhood bank & NEVER regretted it for a minute. I really can't say one good thing about this bank. I think they're borderline criminal on a lot of things they do.
