Extremely disappointing experience at the Toms River branch trying to process an international wire transfer. What should have been simple dragged on for months — unanswered calls and emails, conflicting information from my relationship banker, and no real help or accountability from the branch manager when I escalated. As a 30-year customer with significant balances and monthly deposits here, I expected far better service. Would not recommend this branch for anything beyond basic transactions.
